My latest illustration! The assignment was to do a portrait of a well known celebrity with a pet, as if for a magazine spread about celebrities and their pets. I chose Bjork wearing some pet rats. Medium is colored pencil.

Open illustration assignment.This image conveys a portrait of a girl with her doppelganger being unseen by the subject. I wanted to make a portrait that fused aspects of baroque lighting and mood with impressionist technique in parts. Overall, I don't believe this was successful with what I wanted to portray, but I will try again with a similar concept in the future. It is a learning experience!
